There are no tryouts for this league. Bring your best on Sunday afternoons.

10-18 people per team, 7v7. Bring water, you’ll need it. Guest players are encouraged if your numbers look low on a given week.

All teams are COED. You will need to have (at minimum) two women on the field/per team at one time! Game schedule will go out before season start.

Guest players are allowed! They must fill out our medical waiver and guest player form prior to playing. If you think someone will play at least 2 weeks with you, just add them to your full roster.

A discount towards the next season and a really crisp high five.
