Charlotte Eagles Soccer Club
Founded in 1992, the Charlotte Eagles Soccer Club started with the dream of two men, Brian Davidson and Rick McKinley.
It was their vision to launch a club that would not only participate at some of the highest levels of soccer, but also inspire communities locally and abroad.
The dream became a reality in 1993 when the Charlotte Eagles began play as a USL Franchise in the USL’s Premier Development League. 22 years later, the Charlotte Eagles Soccer Club is now one of the USL’s oldest and most successful clubs in North America.
The Club now operates a men’s premier development soccer franchise, the Charlotte Eagles, a women’s W-League franchise, the Charlotte Lady Eagles, and one of the largest and most popular sports camp program in the Greater Charlotte Area. The Club was recognized in 2003 for its achievements as an USL Hall of Fame Inductee, and the organization and its executives have received numerous accolades during the past 22 years.
Known not only for its success on the field, but also for its dedication to the surrounding community, the Charlotte Eagles Soccer Club continues to provide positive role models and a family-friendly entertainment product.
Owned and operated by Missionary Athletes International, the Charlotte Eagles Soccer Club is a 501(c)3 non-profit and member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability. For more information on Missionary Athletes International, please visit www.maisoccer.com.
